The 163rd Health Officers’ Council 2026 Spring Hybrid Conference is set to take place from Wednesday, May 20th to Friday, May 22nd in the Ponderosa Commons Ballroom at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Vancouver, the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) people, along with the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations this May. Those who cannot attend in person are welcome to participate online. Agenda and materials for the conference will be made available at a later date and will be located under the Events Menu Tab.*

This conference will take place on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, instead of the typical Tuesday–Thursday schedule.
Please note that breakfast will NOT be provided during this conference.
Please note that the HOC Retirement Dinner will take place on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 from 6:00pm–9:00pm (location TBD).
Please note that in-person registration will end on Friday May 9th, 2026 at 11:59pm. Online registration will remain open until the first day of the conference. In-person registrants may convert to online registration after the deadline (no refund), but online registrants may not convert to in-person after the deadline.
