The 164th Health Officers Council 2026 Fall Hybrid Conference is set to take place from Wednesday, November 25th to Friday, November 27th, 2026 in Strategy Room 420 – Morris J Wosk Centre for Dialogue at Simon Fraser University in Downtown Vancouver, BC.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Downtown Vancouver, the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) people, Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations this November. In-person attendance is strongly encouraged, however, those who cannot attend in person are welcome to participate online. Agenda and materials for the conference will be made available at a later date and will be located under the Events Menu Tab.*

This conference will take place on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, instead of the typical Tuesday–Thursday schedule.
Please note that breakfast will NOT be provided during this conference, however, coffee, tea and pastries will be available.
Pleased be advised that regular pricing has now been reinstated across all registration categories.
Please note that in-person registration will end on Friday November 13th, 2026 at 11:59pm. Online registration will remain open until the Tuesday November 24th, 2026 at 11:59pm. In-person registrants may convert to online registration after the deadline (no refund), but online registrants may not convert to in-person after the deadline.
