The 162nd Health Officers’ Council 2025 Fall Hybrid Conference is set to take place from Tuesday, November 25th to Thursday, November 27th in the Ponderosa Commons Ballroom at the University of BC in Vancouver, BC.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Vancouver, the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) people, along with the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations this November. Those who cannot attend in person are welcome to participate online. Agenda and materials for the conference will be made available at a later date and will be located under the Events Menu Tab.*
To register to attend please select your registration type below and complete the form then click the “PayPal check out” button to complete your registration. All sales are final. Registration types are as follows:
- Regular members
- Semi-retired (self-declared category for those who have formally retired and continue to work in some capacity)
- Retired
- Affiliate members (approved by directorship and include: PHPM or allied physicians practicing in the Yukon, previous HOC members practicing outside of BC, select administrative leadership positions in BC, and select leaders of public health/academic organizations in BC)
- Trainees (PHPM fellows, residents, or medical students)
Please note that in-person registration will end on Friday November 14th, 2025 at 11:59pm. Online registration will remain open until the first day of the conference. In-person registrants may convert to online registration after the deadline (no refund), but online registrants may not convert to in-person after the deadline.
